Radiation Oncology Opportunity – Pennsylvania
A financially stable, nationally recognized health system is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Radiation Oncologist to join a well-established cancer program in a thriving community in Central Pennsylvania.

Position Highlights
- Monday–Friday schedule | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Established cancer center with experienced multidisciplinary support team
- Dedicated oncology nurses, social workers, dietitians, physicists, therapists, and dosimetrists
- Collaborative system-wide oncology network with physician partners across multiple hospitals
- State-of-the-art Radiation Oncology Center
- TrueBeam Linear Accelerator technology
- Excellent work-life balance with limited administrative burden
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting at $675,000
- Additional wRVU production incentives
- $50,000 sign-on bonus
- $15,000 relocation assistance
- Up to $75,000 educational loan support
- 25 days PTO
- CME allowance: $3,000 plus 40 hours annually
- 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
- Malpractice coverage including tail
