Qualifications
• Active CO license or IMLC (LOQ in hand at time of submission) - [REQUIRED]
• Active DEA - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)
• Candidate must disclose the specific dates they are able to cover from the job description Dec 2026 to be considered - [REQUIRED}
• Candidates must acknowledge they understand the requirement to stay at the preferred hotel detailed in the job description when rooms are available - [REQUIRED]
• Must acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - [REQUIRED]
• Candidates must detail the # of shifts per month ongoing they can offer to the site - [REQUIRED
• Clean MP/background - [REQUIRED], site will place priority for candidates with a self inquiry NPDB at time of presentation.
