Description
Noor Locums is seeking a Board-Certified Radiation Oncologist for a full-time, six-month locum tenens opportunity in Longview, Washington, beginning January 4, 2027, with orientation scheduled for November 30, 2026.
This outpatient opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, no call, and no inpatient responsibilities. The physician will work independently alongside an established radiation oncology support team.
Clinical Environment

Adult and geriatric patient population.

Established department with radiation therapists, a dosimetrist, a physicist, and administrative support staff.

Onsite CT simulator with respiratory gating.

Eclipse is the primary treatment planning system, with MIM used for 4D imaging.
Job Responsibilities
Manage patients undergoing active radiation treatment.
Conduct radiation oncology consultations and treatment planning.
Perform clinical simulations and follow-up visits.
Manage approximately 15 patients on treatment daily.
See approximately 2–5 new consultations and 5–10 follow-up patients weekly.
Document patient care using EPIC.
Work with radiation therapists, dosimetrists, physicists, and support staff.
Qualifications
Active Washington medical license required.
Washington license or IMLC with Letter of Qualification (LOQ) required to meet the desired start date.
Candidates must have at least applied for Washington licensure through IMLC at the time of pre-application.
BLS certification required.
EPIC charting experience required.
Must provide a case list documenting at least 50 patients representative of the requested clinical privileges within the previous 24 months. The case list must include diagnosis or procedure, date, and facility.
Working Hours
Hours: Full-time, 8-hour standard shifts.
Call: None.
Setting: Outpatient.
Assignment duration: Approximately 26 weeks (6 months).
Orientation: November 30, 2026.
