Job description
We’re seeking a radiation oncologist for short-term vacation coverage in Central Louisiana. This opportunity offers weekday hours, no call, and support from an experienced clinical team.
Coverage dates
- December 28–31
- February 8–9
Schedule and practice details
- Monday–Thursday: 8 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Friday: 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
- Call: None
- Patient volume: Approximately 20 patients on on-treatment visit (OTV) days and about 45 treatment visits per day
- Rounding: Rare; if needed, typically around one patient per day
- EMR: Epic and Aria
- Support team: Nurse, CNA, and four radiation therapists
MDSP coordinates travel, malpractice coverage, and credentialing so you can focus on patient care.
