DO;MD - Radiation Oncology
Job Details:
- Seeking a Radiation Oncologist to provide outpatient clinic-based coverage Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Schedule includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day
- Setting is outpatient clinic only with no rounding or procedures required
- Some night calls and occasional weekend availability required
- Strong preference for one full-time locum provider covering all scheduled clinic days, though two providers splitting coverage will also be considered
- Evaluate and manage patients undergoing radiation therapy in an outpatient setting
- Conduct new patient consultations including review of medical history, imaging, and pathology
- Develop and oversee radiation treatment plans in collaboration with medical physicists and dosimetry teams
- Provide follow-up care and survivorship planning for patients post-treatment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including medical oncology, surgery, and support staff
