PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center in Longview, WA needs a radiation oncologist, starting 11/30/2026, 6-month contract. Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, no call. $310.16/hour, above what this facility has historically paid for locum coverage.

Job Responsibilities

Outpatient clinic only, no rounding or admissions. About 15 patients on treatment daily, 2-5 consults a week, 5-10 follow-ups a week. Consults, simulations, and clinic follow-ups, no surgical procedures. Solo practice. Adult and geriatric population. Chart in Epic.

Qualifications

Board certified in Radiation Oncology required. Active Washington license or IMLC with LOQ required, must have at least applied via IMLC by the pre-app stage to meet the desired start date. BLS required. Documentation of at least 50 patients treated in the past 24 months required. Credentialing runs approximately 90 days from application, temp privileges available in 120 days, fast-track option in some cases.

Working Hours

Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, no call, no weekend coverage.
