Job description

Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, a Level I trauma hospital in Johnstown, PA, needs radiation oncology holiday vacation coverage December 28-31, 2026. $400/hour. Provider must be onsite for the full coverage window. No call, no weekends beyond the block itself.

Job Responsibilities

Provide daylight inpatient consultation, weekdays 7am-3pm. See patients in office as needed, oversee scheduled radiation treatments, and round or consult on inpatients when requested. Must be onsite while providing radiation treatments. Document new consults, follow-up visits, treatment planning for new patients, and weekly on-treatment visits (OTV). Chart in Epic.

Qualifications

Board certified or board eligible in Radiation Oncology. Fellowship required. Active PA license or IMLC. ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, and BLS all required. Credentialing runs approximately 10 days, notably fast for this specialty.

Working Hours

December 28-31, 2026. Weekday inpatient consultation hours 7am-3pm. No on-call requirement beyond a rare (1-2 times/year) emergent after-hours consult request.
