- Carle Health Methodist Hospital
- Start ASAP pending credentialing
- BC/BE Radiation Oncology required
- Active Illinois license required
- Active IL DEA/CSR required
- MD or DO required
Coverage Dates Requested:
- 7/27-7/31/2026
- 9/8-9/11/2026
- 9/21-9/25/2026
- 11/23-11/25/2026 (facility closed 11/26 and 11/27 for Thanksgiving holiday)
- 12/14-12/18/2026
- 12/21-12/24/2026
- 12/28-12/31/2026
- Ongoing coverage available in 2027
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday
- 8a-4:30p
- May stay until 5p occasionally for chart rounds
- Potential limited call coverage if needed
Facility Details:
- Radiation Oncology department
- EMR: EPIC
- 329-bed facility
- Trauma Level II
- Non-teaching facility
Submission Requirements:
- Availability at time of submission
- Two completed professional references required
- Name clear required prior to presentation
- Clean and easy-to-credential candidates highly preferred
Transportation and housing provided per client travel policy.
Occurrence-based malpractice insurance required in rates.
