Job Responsibilities
β’ Participate in departmental meetings and chart reviews for procedural accuracy
β’ Oversee brachytherapy procedures for safety, precision, and compliance
β’ Perform commissioning and calibration of radiation equipment
β’ Support regulatory and administrative functions including NRC documentation and safety committees
β’ Maintain and review departmental policies and procedures
Qualifications
β’ Board Certification by the American Board of Radiology (Required)
β’ Completion of ABR Part I & II with certification within 3 years of hire (Required)
β’ Minimum 1 year experience in a cancer treatment setting (Required)
β’ Experience with Varian treatment systems (Highly Preferred)
β’ Experience with SRS, SBRT, IMRT, 3DCRT, and brachytherapy planning (Preferred)
β’ Familiarity with 4D CT, gated therapy, and Vision RT/OSMS (Preferred)
