St. Rita’s Cancer Center (Bon Secours – Mercy Health) is seeking a Board-Certified Radiation Oncologist for a structured locum assignment in Lima, Ohio.
This is a retirement replacement within an established cancer center — not crisis coverage.
Position Details
Location: Lima, OH (Secondary site in Celina, OH)
Dates: 6/1/2026 – 12/31/2026
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8a–4p
Call: None
Weekends: None
Setting: Outpatient cancer center (primary)
Average Volume: ~20 outpatient/day, ~1 inpatient
Support: 1 permanent Radiation Oncologist + 1 APP
EMR: Mosaiq + Epic
Hospital: 363-bed, Trauma Level II, teaching facility
Travel: Flight, hotel, rental car covered
Credentialing: 90–120 days
Temp privileges: No

• SBRT
• SRS
• 3D-CRT
• Fractionated stereotactic RT
Compensation
$375–$425/hour
Rate depends on experience, availability, and full-scope capability.
Structured weekday schedule with no call burden.
