Facility in Galesburg, IL seeking RadOnc locums coverage
Rates: $375/hr
Opportunity Highlights

Dates of Coverage: June 1, 2026 – October 2, 2026.
-
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.

Work-Life Balance: No Call, No Weekends, and No Holidays.

Patient Volume: 25–30 patients under treatment per day.

Support: Managed environment utilizing Epic for EMR/Charting.
Clinical Responsibilities
The physician will work solo and be responsible for the full spectrum of radiation therapy management, including:

Patient Care: Evaluations, weekly on-treatment visits (OTVs), and post-treatment follow-ups.

Planning: Simulation, dosimetry treatment planning, and therapy prescriptions.

Verification: Checking daily images for alignment verification and treatment accuracy.

Procedures: On-site supervision for compliance and checking Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS).

Case Types: Primarily external beam treatments, consults, and follow-ups.
Provider Requirements

Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology.

Licensure: Active Illinois State License and IL CSR are required (Must have at time of application).

Certifications: Active BLS.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year post-residency experience.
