Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently recruiting Radiation Oncologist to provide onsite services to eligible beneficiaries of the San Juan VA Medical Center located at 10 Casia Street One Veterans Plaza, San Juan, PR 00921. Shift scheduling is generally Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm with call. Full-time and Locum Tenens positions with generous compensation packages are available.

Job Responsibilities
Develop and document individualized treatment plans, including advanced modalities (3D-conformal, VMAT, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS).
Conduct patient consultations, pretreatment evaluations, and obtain informed consent.
Monitor patients during treatment, adjust prescriptions as needed, and document all care in the VA’s electronic health record systems (CPRS and ARIA/Eclipse).
Participate in weekly peer review conferences, tumor boards, and quality improvement meetings.
Provide follow-up evaluations within 30–60 days post-treatment and document treatment discharge summaries.
Ensure compliance with all VA, national, and accrediting body standards for radiation oncology practice.
Participate in administrative duties, including quality assurance, staff meetings, and reporting of incidents or adverse events.
Maintain and protect patient medical records in accordance with VA policies and HIPAA.
Be available for on-call coverage during clinic off-hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
Active, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine in any U.S. State, Territory, Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia
Minimum of five (5) years' experience excluding clinical experience
Maintain an active AHA BLS and ACLs certification
NPI report printout
Active DEA license
Must be able to pass a federal background investigation
