About the position:
  • Team with 1 Radiation Oncologist, 1 Dosimetrist, 1 Physicist, 5 Radiation Therapists, 2 RNs for the clinic, 2 Med Office Assistants, and a Clinic Supervisor
  • Due to consistently high volumes (30-40 patients daily) we are seeking an additional Radiation Oncologist to support the continuous growth of our practice
  • Variety of treatment options: SRS, SBRT, and IMRT
  • HDR Brachytherapy available if interested, but not required for this position.
  • Equipment includes: a new Varian Edge Radiosurgery Linear Accelerator, a Varian Truebeam Linear Accelerator, and a GE CT Sim located within the department, ARIA radiation oncology record, MIM, and Eclipse planning system
  • Participate in weekly disease specific Tumor Boards and opportunity to participate in clinical trials.
  • Support Services include disease site specific RN navigators, oncology social workers, and an oncology dietitian
  • Leadership opportunities available
  • 1:2 call schedule
  • Clinic conveniently located in the hospital.
  • 349-bed Level II Trauma Center
  • Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
