Key Details

Coverage Schedule:
- 2 weeks/month (Ongoing)
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Weeknight call (Monday–Thursday)
- No weekend or holiday coverage
- 40 hours per week

Setting:
- 100% outpatient (with occasional inpatient consults)
- EPIC EMR system
- Methodist Hospital – 329 beds
- Level II Trauma Center

Procedures Performed:
- 3D Treatment Planning
- IMRT (Intensity-Modulated Radiation Therapy)
- SBRT/SRS Treatments
- Simulations
- Patient Consultations
- OTVs (On-Treatment Visits)
- Follow-Up Care

Patient Population: 100% Adult
-
Support Staff:
- 2 Registered Nurses
- 5 Radiation Therapists
- 1 Dosimetrist
- 1 Physicist
- 2 Front Desk Coordinators
- 1 In-House Physician
Licensure & Certification Requirements
- Active Illinois Medical License (Required)
- Board Certified/Eligible in Radiation Oncology
