Hematology/Oncology Staff Position
Beautiful Hudson Valley Region, NY

Nuvance, a dynamic and financially successful 250+ provider physician-run health system medical practice group within a market dominant 4 hospital system, seeks a Hematologist/Oncologist to join its expanding Oncology Service. Candidates with a strong sub-specialty interest are welcome to respond.

Practice:
  • You will play an important role in the growth and direction of this exceptional Hematology/Oncology Program. Practice general Medical Oncology and if desired, focus on your sub-specialty interest
  • With the addition of a number of Residency Programs starting in 2019 and a new Medical School in 2022 (Marist Health Quest Medical School), you will be a faculty member teaching Internal Medicine Residents and provide supervision to Advanced Practitioners and Medical Students
  • You will be part of an exceptional multi-disciplinary team made up of Medical, Surgical, and Radiation Oncologists, Pathologists, Advanced Practitioners, nurses, therapists, and patient navigators
  • The program is supported by a large referral base of physicians
  • The new state-of-the-art digital hospital opened this year

  • The City of Poughkeepsie, NY is ideally located half way between New York City and Albany.
  • It serves as the county seat for Dutchess County, NY and is known as “The Queen City of the Hudson.” The ratification of New York took place in Poughkeepsie when the city served as the State Capital of New York in 1788.
