Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completion of ACGME-accredited hematology/oncology fellowship Board certified or board eligible in hematology/oncology Licensed or eligible for licensure in Connecticut Visa sponsorship (J-1 or H-1B) not available Position Details Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Oncologist to join the practice. Rapidly growing practice affiliated with the hospital in New Britain Cancer institute of over 40 oncologists focused on multidisciplinary care, patient experience, and clinical trial enrollment Partnership with a nationally recognized cancer center for standards of care, education, and clinical research System-wide and regional multidisciplinary conferences Employed within a physician-led medical group Support growth of the existing practice Develop personal subspecialty interests Participate in system-wide cancer institute initiatives and clinical research Community Details Ideally situated between Boston and New York City, Connecticut offers you and your family the finest schools in the nation; four beautiful seasons of recreational activities, and options to live at the shore, in leafy suburbs, or in vibrant urban areas.
