Job description
Maine's largest independent oncology and hematology practice seeks a Board-Certified (or Eligible) Hematologist-Oncologist to join its highly successful, physician-led group. As an affiliate member of Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, you'll experience autonomy, strong infrastructure, and access to cutting-edge research, tumor boards, precision medicine, and clinical trials.
The Practice
• Competitive compensation based on MGMA median ($550K+ base + wRVU bonus)
• Exceptional team support and collegial culture
• Support team of APPs, Nurse Navigator, and Schedulers
• Manageable volume: 12-16 patients/day once ramped
• Low-burden call: 1:16 rotation, APPs take first call—just a handful of calls per year
• Two months PTO + CME
• BC/BE in Hematology and Medical Oncology required
