Join Providence Medical Group and help shape the future of breast cancer care in Northern California. We are seeking a fellowship-trained Breast Surgical Oncologist to join our growing cancer program in Santa Rosa, California.
This unique opportunity offers the ability to work alongside an established and highly respected breast surgeon within a multidisciplinary cancer program dedicated exclusively to breast care. The incoming physician will have the opportunity to build a thriving practice, benefit from mentorship, and become an integral part of a program designed to provide exceptional, patient-centered care for women across Sonoma County and beyond.

- Residency/Fellowship stipend of up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates
- Relocation assistance available
- Competitive compensation of $414,000-$457,000 annually
- Total Compensation Range (TCC): $454,000-$502,000 annually
The posted salary reflects the guaranteed compensation range. Total Compensation (TCC) may include productivity incentives, quality incentives, additional compensation opportunities, CME allowance, and other benefits offered through the medical group. Compensation is provided in accordance with applicable state law and is subject to variation based on experience and other relevant factors.
