Seeking BE/BC Medical Oncologist to join teams in the heart of the Pennsylvania Wilds. The area provides countless outdoor recreational activities while offering a low cost of living.
System is a growing and financially stable healthcare system with 8 hospitals that cover 39 counties in PA.
Location #1:
Practice Details:
- Collaborative team that includes 4 hematology/oncology physicians and 7 advanced practice providers that deliver outstanding, multidisciplinary care to patients
- Split time between new-site location and Cancer Center
- Services include immunotherapy, management of solid tumors, chemotherapy, and blood cancers
- Support staff includes onsite RN supervisor and oncology certified or eligible RNs
- Shared call coverage with physician group
Incentives / Benefits:
- $890,000 base compensation, guaranteed for two years (WRVU tier plan after year two)
- $100,000 sign-on bonus, forgiven over three years
- $75,000 educational assistance, provided over a five-year term
- 10k relocation
- 3.5k + 40 hours annually for CME
- 25 days PTO
