Qualifications
* MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
* Eligible for or currently holding an unrestricted Oregon medical license.
* DEA certification required.
* Current CPR and PALS certification.
* Training and experience in the management of a broad range of urologic conditions.
* Experience with minimally invasive, robotic, and open surgical techniques preferred.
