Shift Details

• Estimated Start Date: October 1, 2026
• Requested Date of Coverage and Schedule: ASAP - Ongoing
• Schedule Details: Tuesday - Friday, 8am – 5pm (1-hour unpaid lunch), Mondays off. Night and weekend call schedule TBD.
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 3+ weeks (preferably 4 weeks) coverage in a month with weekend call rotation.
• Procedures: Most patients are sent to IR unless provider is comfortable performing.
• Patient Population/Case Load: Adults; Hospital average 10-12; Clinic 18-20
• Case Mix: Most patients are sent to IR unless provider is comfortable performing.
• Trauma Level: Level 3

License and Privileging

• License: An active Indiana state license is required.
• Willing to License: No
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60-90 days
