We are seeking a Medical Oncologist for a locum tenens position in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Please see below for more information.
590-bed hospital
Job Responsibilities
Supervise Advanced Practice Providers
See inpatient patients and manage all new consults
Manage a daily census of approximately 20-25 patients
Cover malignant and benign oncology cases along with a full range of hematology consults
Patient population: Adults and Geriatrics
Setting: Hospital inpatient service
Qualifications
Minnesota medical license required; IMLC accepted
DEA required
BLS or ACLS required
Epic required for charting
Working Hours
Overnight call taken from home (medical oncology-specific calls only)
Weekly rotation: Monday 8:00 AM to the following Monday 8:00 AM, flexible
No call required on outpatient service
