Contract Details
- Location: Dubois, PA
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 16:30
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BC in Medical Oncology
- License Required: PA
- DEA: yes
- CSR: Yes
- Certifications required: BLS, ACLS
- Special Procedures: No special procedures; if bone marrow biopsy is necessary patient can be referred to IR.
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
- Patient Population/Age: 18+
- Patients per day: 12-15
