Medical Oncologist Opportunity in Paducah, KY
Seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Medical Oncologist/Hematologist
Join a well-established oncology program serving the region for more than 30 years
Collaborative team consisting of medical oncologists, radiation oncology support, and hematology/oncology-trained advanced practice providers
Practice within a newly completed, state-of-the-art cancer center

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care in an outpatient-focused setting
Diagnose and manage a broad spectrum of hematologic and oncologic conditions
Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to develop individualized treatment plans
Participate in tumor boards, quality initiatives, and program development
Support clinical research and trial enrollment efforts
Maintain accurate documentation and high-quality patient care standards
Requirements
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology
Eligible for medical licensure in Kentucky
Strong clinical, communication, and team-based care skills
Interest in multidisciplinary cancer care and program growth
Compensation & Benefits
$625,000 base salary guaranteed for the first two years
$100 per RVU production model
$150,000 sign-on bonus
