Contract Details
- Location: Lexington, KY
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed
- Shift/Schedule Details: 5, Day (8 Hours) 8:00 - 17:00 (1 week per month)
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temps avail with clean file
- General Requirements:
- Board Certification: BE or BC
- License Required: KY or IMLC
- DEA: yes
- Patients per day: around 16 patients/day
- Minimum Experience Required: Must have outpatient medical oncology experience
- Support Staff: 3 full-time administrative assistants, nursing assistants, RNs, and APP support (APRN and/or PA-C)
- Patient Population/Age: 18+
