🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
🕔 Shifts: 5×8s (30-minute unpaid lunch)

⭐ Position Overview

We are seeking a Board-Certified Medical Oncologist or Hematology-Oncology Physician to provide full-time coverage within a hospital-based oncology program. This role offers a structured weekday schedule, strong interdisciplinary support, and a manageable patient load.

🏥 Practice Setting

• Setting: Hospital-based Oncology Clinic
• Hospital Size: 228 beds
• Department: Oncology
• Coverage Needed: Full-time (5x8)
• Patients per Day: 12–15
• Patient Population: Adults (18+)
• EMR Systems:
  • 🖥️ ONCO – Clinic
  • 🖥️ Cerner – Hospital

🩺 Clinical Responsibilities

• Inpatient consults
• Evaluate new referral patients (oncology & hematology)
• 🧪 Diagnose and stage cancer
• 📊 Develop and implement treatment plans
• 💉 Manage chemotherapy & immunotherapy regimens
• No specialty procedures required
  • Bone marrow biopsies referred to Interventional Radiology as needed

• 💊 Pharmacist, Clinical Pharmacist & Pharmacy RN Tech

✅ Requirements

• ✔️ Board Certification: Medical Oncology or Hematology-Oncology
• ✔️ State License: Preferred; IMLC candidates considered
• ✔️ DEA: Required
• ✔️ CSR: Required
• ✔️ Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS
• ✔️ Minimum Experience: 1 year
