Facility in Greenville, SC seeking Oncology NP locums coverage
Rates: $150/hr
Opportunity Highlights

Start Date: ASAP through the end of September 2026.

Schedule: Full-time clinic coverage with rotating call.

Call Requirements: * Tuesday: 4:30 PM – 8:00 AM.

Friday 4:30 PM – Monday 8:00 AM (Includes on-site weekend rounding).

Call Ratio: One rotation every 5–6 weeks.

Team: 8 Physicians and 4 APPs.

EMR: EPIC.
-
Credentialing: Approximately 60 days.
Clinical Scope & Volume
The practice has a strong focus on hematological disorders, with a significant portion of the patient base requiring complex management.

Practice Mix: 65% Benign Hematology | 35% Malignant Oncology.

Patient Volume: * Outpatient: Average 15 patients per day.

Inpatient/Rounding: Average 20 patients per day.

Key Responsibilities: Ordering tests/imaging, prescribing, blood bank coordination, and complex management of Bone Marrow Transplants (BMT).

Chemotherapy: Administered by dedicated Oncology Nurses; NP responsible for ordering and management of side effects.
Provider Requirements

Board Status: Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology (Required).

Licensure: Active South Carolina (SC) License (Will consider candidates willing to obtain licensure).

Certifications: Active BLS and DEA (Required).

Documentation: A Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation is mandatory.

Experience: Must be proficient in both inpatient and outpatient oncology settings.
