Facility:
This medical center features a dedicated Outpatient Chemotherapy and Infusion Center with comprehensive oncology services. The facility utilizes iKnowmed EMR in the clinic and Cerner for the Infusion Center, with excellent support staff including specialized nurses, medical assistants, and administrative personnel.

Physician - Oncology
Job Details:
• Solo provider position in outpatient chemotherapy and infusion center with midlevel provider support • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm • Start Date: February 16-20, with possible ongoing opportunities • 15-20 patients per day with hospital consults required with call • Provide all aspects of diagnosis, staging, precision medicine, symptom management, and treatment of hematology/oncology patients • MD oversight for both the Oncology/Hematology clinic and Infusion Services • Must be on-site for all treatments at the Infusion Center • Services include chemotherapy, immunotherapy, blood/platelet transfusions, hormone therapy, antibiotic therapy, rheumatoid arthritis injections, and therapeutic phlebotomies • Work with supportive team including 1 clinic RN, 2 MAs, 2 front office clerks, 1 quality analyst/billing, and 10 infusion RNs • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology • Active California license required • Fellowship required • DEA certification required • ACLS certification required if requesting Moderate Sedation Privileges • Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days required at time of presentation • 30-60 days credentialing timeframe

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
