Position OverviewA large, well-established multispecialty group in the Bronx is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Oncologist to join its growing oncology service. This role focuses on medical oncology care, with close collaboration alongside surgical oncology, radiation oncology, and other specialties within a multidisciplinary cancer care model.
Part-time and full-time options available. New graduates are welcome.
Clinical Responsibilities-
Diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of solid tumors and hematologic malignancies

Explain cancer diagnoses, staging, prognosis, and treatment options to patients and families

Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans, including:

Chemotherapy

Immunotherapy
-
Targeted and biologic therapies

Monitor treatment response and manage therapy-related side effects and complications

Coordinate care with surgical oncology, radiation oncology, radiology, pathology, and other specialists

Provide symptom management and supportive care, including pain management

Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and care planning discussions

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
-
Provide longitudinal outpatient oncology care, with inpatient involvement as applicable

Multispecialty group with oncology services across multiple Bronx locations

Outpatient-focused medical oncology practice

Flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time options
-
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Medical Oncology (Hematology/Oncology acceptable if applicable)

Eligible for New York medical licensure

Strong clinical judgment and patient-centered communication skills

Interest in collaborative, team-based oncology care

Competitive compensation: $275,000–$375,000 annually, commensurate with experience and schedule
