Team Structure

Schedule & Call

• Monday through Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - approximately 2:00 PM
• Approximately 4 to 4.5 clinic days per week
• Average daily volume of 20-25 patients
• Approximately 18-20 follow-up visits daily
• 3-4 new consults per day
• 1:4 call rotation
• Triage team handles initial after-hours calls
• Minimal hospital call burden

Compensation

Base Compensation

• $550,000 - $575,000 Base Salary
• Employed Position
• Productivity Threshold: 5,500 wRVUs
• $90-$100 per wRVU above threshold
• Physicians historically produce approximately 7,500 wRVUs annually
• Significant earning potential above base compensation
