Job Details:
• Utilizes advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision making skills • Works independently and in collaboration with physicians and other health care professionals • Provides health care to individuals and families, emphasizing health promotion and disease prevention • May care for patients ranging in age from newborn to elderly as noted in age-related category and area of expertise • NP Requirements: Master's degree in nursing • PA Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a health/science-related field • NP Licensure: Current RN licensure in Minnesota, current Nurse Practitioner licensure in Minnesota • PA Licensure: Current physician assistant licensure in Minnesota • Current CPR certification required for both NP and PA positions • National certification in applicable area required • Successful completion of credentialing process prior to practice • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance • 401(k) plan with employer contributions • Professional development through training, tuition reimbursement, and educational programs • Flexible scheduling and generous time off • Wellness resources focused on physical, mental, and emotional health
