Peoria, IL:
-Monday through Friday, 8-10 hour day shifts (starting at 7:30 AM)
-No weekend coverage required
-APP support
-PRN Medical Oncologist on-site one week per month
-MUST HAVE IL LICENSE
-EMR: Epic
Responsibilities:
-Provide direct patient care including consultations, admissions, and follow-up care.
-Conduct hospital rounding as needed
-Collaborate with the in-practice Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for consults, follow-ups, orders, and patient management
-Coordinate care with multidisciplinary cancer team
-Provide coverage when the PRN Medical Oncologist is not on-site
