Job Details:
• Full-time (1.0 FTE) position in a patient-centered practice • Treat 20-30 patients per day in a well-supported and efficient clinical setting • Collaborate with a dedicated team including 1 other Radiation Oncologist, 2 Full-time Medical Physicists, 4 Radiation Therapists, 2 Nurses, 1 Dosimetrist, and 1 Supervisor • Work alongside genetic counselors, nutritionists, social workers, nurse navigators, behavioral therapists, and lymphedema specialists • Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including 1 Elekta Linear Accelerator, Dedicated CT Simulator, and On-site Treatment Planning • Access to advanced technologies: SRS, SBRT, IGRT, IMRT, VMAT, Radiopharmaceuticals, and 4D CT capabilities • Benefit from EPIC and Mosaiq electronic medical records for seamless patient management • Participate in Multidisciplinary Tumor Board Conferences for collaborative decision-making • Work with on-site Medical Oncology team (4 MDs and 3 APCs) • Opportunity to participate in cutting-edge clinical trials through NCI Community Oncology Research Program • Practice in a dyad-led organization where physician leadership partners with administration • Serve a broad community with 25 clinics and 5 hospitals in the service area
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
