A multi-specialty practice in Orange County is currently seeking an Oncologist for a promising opportunity with their growing team.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week
- Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm, rotated call
- Setting: Outpatient
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat various types of cancer in patients
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient factors such as cancer stage, type, and overall health
- Monitor patients' progress throughout treatment, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Provide supportive care to manage symptoms and side effects of cancer and its treatments
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care with other medical professionals, including surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and nurses
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Current unrestricted NYS medical license
- BE/BC in Oncology (MD/DO)
