This is a free-standing cancer center that provides comprehensive radiation oncology services to the community. The center features state-of-the-art technology and equipment, with a supportive team environment including nurse practitioner support for clinical operations. The facility utilizes Aria and Epic EMR systems for efficient documentation and patient care management.

Board Certified - Radiation Oncology
Job Details:
• Full-time position starting February 2026 with immediate coverage needs for December 8-12 and December 15-19 • Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30am to 4:00pm • 24-hour call schedule shared with one other physician (1:2 ratio) • See approximately 10-15 outpatients per day • Adult patient population in a hospital-based setting • Share patient load with internal physician who will oversee overall clinic and radiation plans • Conduct consultations, manage on-treatment patients, and oversee daily clinical operations • Perform minor procedures as needed • Must be proficient in conventional radiotherapy and 3D radiotherapy • Experience required with External Beam Radiation (3D-CRT, IGRT, IMRT) • Capable of performing Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) • Experience with Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy • Responsibilities include ordering tests, ordering images, and prescribing treatments • Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology • Active Michigan state license or IMLC/LOQ required • BLS certification required • Must be available for full-time ongoing coverage • Travel expenses reimbursed including flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage
Compensation:
