Board Certified - Radiation Oncology
Job Details:
• Full-time position working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch • No call responsibilities • Manage 20-25 patients per day including patients on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups and consults • Minimal inpatient responsibilities (0-1 patients) • Perform various radiation therapy procedures including Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, IMRT, IGRT, 3D-CRT • Conduct Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Photon Beam Radiation Therapy, and Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy • Work in a Level 2 Trauma facility treating adult patients • Experience with Aria EMR system highly preferred • Must have active Iowa license or active IMLC (Interstate Medical Licensure Compact) • Must be COVID vaccinated • Must be able to start ASAP upon credentialing (facility can offer temporary privileges in approximately 30-60 days) • Must be available to provide coverage for 4 consecutive weeks at a time • Clean background and malpractice history required • Local candidates or those within driving distance highly preferred
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
