Practice Overview:
Seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Oncologist to join a collaborative team of 7 medical oncologists. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art cancer care with access to a dedicated cancer genomics team, advanced clinical trials, and cutting-edge therapies. Avera s holistic approach prioritizes the well-being of the whole person body, mind, and spirit.
Practice Features:
Join a group of 7 medical oncologists in a fully integrated cancer care team
Supported by APPs, pharmacists, transplant coordinators, social workers, and a hospitalist service
24/7 oncology nursing coverage and after-hours triage through Cancer Navigation Center
Advanced facilities including an infusion center and South Dakota s only bone marrow transplant center
Weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards: Lung, Breast, Hepatobiliary, GYN/GU, Head and Neck, Neurology, Liver, Genomics, Metastatic Breast
Teaching opportunities and academic appointments through the University of South Dakota
