Oncologist in beautiful Northern AZ - On the edge of the Gorgeous Grand Canyon
*Location: Tuba City, Coconino County, North Central AZ, approximately 1 hour to Flagstaff, Page and the Grand Canyon
*Setting: Clinical
*Start Date: ASAP
*End Date: Ongoing until a permanent provider is hired (will consider Locums to Perm)
*Coverage: Monday-Thursday, 8a-6p (leaves three days/week to explore this beautiful land); No Call
*Requirements:
- Any active, unrestricted license from any U.S. state, District of Columbia or Puerto Rico
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- 3 years experience
- Clean DEA & NPDB/Malpractice (no current suits, unresolved cases, or large payouts in the past 7 years)
- Willing to make a minimum 3 month commitment
- Bone Marrow Biopsies
- Proof of Covid vaccinations and other immunizations/tests
