Needed: 12/2026 - 2/28/2027 with potential for extension
Schedule: 8-5 Mon-Fri
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - Freestanding clinic
Scope of Work: As a locum, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting.
Requirements: WA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS
DOT Cert required (we can assist with obtaining)
EMR: Allscripts
Pay Rate: $150/hr- Travel and Lodging Covered
