• Credentialing Timeline: 3-4 months

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

• Diagnosis and medical/surgical management of retinal diseases
• Vitreoretinal surgical procedures performed in enterprise-owned, single-specialty ASCs
• Ability to perform vitreoretinal procedures independently

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: NV license or Universal License (IMLC)
• Board: Board Certified in Ophthalmology; fellowship trained in Vitreoretinal Surgery
• DEA: Required
• Other Qualifications: Must have completed a Retina/Vitreoretinal Surgery fellowship and be comfortable independently performing vitreoretinal surgical procedures.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Diagnose and medically manage retinal diseases
• Perform vitreoretinal surgical procedures in ASC setting
• Participate in clinic call rotation (1:7)
• Utilize ModMed EMR for patient documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team of retina specialists and support staff
