###About the Job: * Seeking a BE/BC Occupational and Environmental Medicine or Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine Physician to join our established Occupational Medicine team in Urbana, Illinois. * Join an established department consisting of two BC Physicians, two Advanced Practice Providers, case coordinators, occupational health nurses and drug/alcohol coordinators * The department offers a variety of business health services that focus on prevention including workers' compensation, medical surveillance, DOT, and employer services * Reasonable volume and well-paced environment; work 5 days per week in our offices in Urbana and Danville, Illinois * The department works closely with all supporting services, including Occupational/Physical Therapists, Industrial Rehabilitation, Radiology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Wound Care specialists and Neurosurgery ###Compensation Package: * Excellent benefit package * Health/dental/life insurance * 403-B plan with employer match * LTD * Relocation allowance * CME allowance * Paid malpractice insurance with 100% tail insurance covered ###About the Location: Globally connected, innovative and culturally rich, Champaign-Urbana is centrally located to Chicago, Indianapolis and St. Louis and is home to one of the world's greatest public research universities - the Big Ten University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
