A physician-led occupational health practice in Fresno, California is seeking aBoard Certified or Board Eligible physicianto serve as Medical Director in a clinic-based role with a strong mix of patient care and leadership.
This position offers a weekday schedule with no nights, weekends, or holidays, along with abase compensation range of $265,000 to $300,000, depending on experience, training, geographic factors, and seniority. The role combines direct patient care with clinical oversight, quality improvement, staff leadership, and collaboration with therapists, specialists, clients, and payers. Training in occupational medicine is provided, and FMCSA NRCME certification is preferred or can be obtained.
