Full Time
Permanent Position
Seeking BC/BE Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine Physician to join team in Attleboro, Massachusetts
Position Highlights:
Hospital-based occupational health program
Mix of clinical and administrative responsibilities
Focus on employee health, safety, and regulatory compliance
Collaborative environment with infection control, HR, and safety teams
Opportunity to lead program development and service line growth
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat work-related injuries and illnesses
Conduct pre-employment, return-to-work, and fitness-for-duty exams
Develop and implement occupational health policies and programs
Monitor workplace exposures and health risks
Lead immunization and surveillance programs
Participate in incident investigations and safety initiatives
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
Educate staff on occupational health and safety practices
Qualifications:
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine
Board certification in Occupational and Environmental Medicine preferred
Active Massachusetts license or ability to obtain
Strong knowledge of occupational health regulations and workplace safety
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range $196,992 to $313,150
