###Locums | Urgent Care/Occupational Med | Clinic | Bakersfield, CA ###Why This Role * Full or part-time schedule, Monday through Friday * 100% patient care with oversight as Primary Treating Physician (PTP) * Collaborative environment with therapists and specialists for case management * Opportunity to work in an established urgent care/occupational medicine center ###Assignment Details * Start Date: ASAP * End Date: Ongoing * Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours * Schedule: Monday through Friday, full or part-time ###Requirements * Board Certified or Eligible by ABPM, ABFM, or AOA * Active California license * BLS and AED (ACLS preferred) * NRCME Certified (DOT Medical Examiner) * CA DEA * Clean history ###Clinical Details * Scope: Urgent care and occupational medicine, focusing on evaluation, treatment, and case management of work-related injuries * Typical Procedures: * Direct patient care for acute and chronic injuries * Serve as Primary Treating Physician (PTP) for work-related cases * Collaborate with therapists and specialists to optimize recovery * Expedite case closure and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements ###Compensation * Rates: Facility is accepting bids * Malpractice: Provided * Travel: Reimbursed
