About the Job: Full Time, Permanent Seeking a BE/BC Occupational and Environmental Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our established Occupational Medicine team in Peoria, Illinois Reasonable volume and well-paced environment; work 5 days per week in our office in Peoria The department works closely with all supporting services, including Occupational/Physical Therapists, Industrial Rehabilitation, Radiology, Orthopedics, Plastic Surgery, Wound Care specialists and Neurosurgery Opportunity for academic and/or research Clinic Hours are Mon – Fri 8 AM – 6 PM and Sat 9 AM – 4 PM Candidates must be trained in Family Medicine, have additional training in Occupational Medicine Our Occupational Health providers currently see patients for Occupational Health, and DOT visits in addition to Walk-Ins Located on the Illinois River, Peoria is a vibrant, affordable, and convenient city with multiple dining and entertainment venues as well as nearby residential communities with highly ranked public-school districts Compensation Package: Excellent benefit package Health/dental/life insurance 403-B plan with employer match LTD Relocation allowance CME allowance Paid malpractice insurance with 100% tail insurance covered Not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility About the Healthcare System: Based in Urbana, IL, this network is a vertically integrated system with more than 9,500 employees in its five hospitals, multi-specialty physician groups, health plan and associated healthcare businesses, the worlds first engineering-based medical school.
