We are currently seeking a full-time Occupational Medicine Physician for our San Francisco, CA location. Occupational Medicine trained physicians are eligible for a forgivable loan; $100k for new grads and $150k for four or more years practice experience.

Full-time annual salary range is $300,000 to $310,020 plus additional potential incentives of $116,000 to $166,000*. Reduced schedules with pro-rated compensation may be available. *Additional incentive opportunities are available based on geographic location, experience and include potential premium pay.

Kaiser Permanente is one of the largest providers of occupational health services in California. Our program has been operational since 1993 and provides a wide range of workers compensation medical care and occupational health and safety services to employers, unions, health and welfare trust funds, and insurers.

KPOJ (Kaiser Permanente On-the-Job) operates 31 occupational health centers in our Northern California region. Our occupational health centers are staffed by physicians who specialize in treating workplace injuries and illnesses and are experienced in return-to-work strategies.

These physicians are supported by case managers, physical therapists, and certified medical technicians.
