Job description A hospital in the Burleson, TX area needs OB/GYN Hospitalists for per diem coverage, 24-hour in-house shifts. This is an established OB Hospitalist program delivering approximately 1,250 babies annually, with a Level II NICU and affiliated MFM and Neonatology support. The team performs deliveries, covers the OB unit and main emergency department, rounds on inpatients, and manages transports. Job Responsibilities

Perform deliveries and manage labor and delivery coverage. Cover the OB unit and main emergency department for OB/GYN presentations. Round on inpatients. Manage patient transports. Collaborate with affiliated MFM and Neonatology providers.

Qualifications

Board Certified in OB/GYN, required. Active Texas license or IMLC compact eligible, required. Minimum 1 year of post-residency clinical experience required. Completed Prescreen Questionnaire required at submission. Current NPDB self-query, pulled within 30 days of submission, required. Home address, phone number, and email must appear on the first page of the CV.

Working Hours

24-hour in-house shifts, per diem/flexible scheduling.

Skills

Comfortable managing a full-scope OB hospitalist caseload including deliveries, OB emergency department coverage, inpatient rounding, and transport management. Comfortable collaborating with affiliated MFM and Neonatology teams.
