About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN or Family Medicine Physician with obstetric experience to join our growing women’s health practice in Renton, WA.
This position is primarily outpatient-focused, providing comprehensive gynecologic care and office-based prenatal services. There is future opportunity to expand into delivery services if desired.

You will work closely with midwives, ARNPs, ultrasound technologists, medical assistants, and clinical support staff in a respectful, multidisciplinary environment.
Preference is given to physicians currently practicing in Washington State.
Position Overview
This role includes:
- Direct patient care
- Administrative responsibilities
- Clinical oversight and staff collaboration
- Quality and compliance engagement
- Serving as a liaison between clinical and administrative teams
Key ResponsibilitiesGynecology
- Well-woman exams
- Contraceptive management (including LARCs)
- Evaluation and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding
- PCOS management
- Perimenopause and menopause care
- Colposcopy
- Endometrial biopsy
Office-Based Obstetrics
- Routine prenatal visits for low-risk pregnancies
- Early pregnancy evaluation
- Postpartum visits
- Coordination with delivering OB teams
Leadership & Clinical Collaboration
- Supervise nurse practitioners and other providers
- Review complex cases and provide clinical decision-making support
- Participate in team-based care planning
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- BC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology or Family Medicine with obstetric focus
- Active, unrestricted Washington medical license (or eligibility)
- Experience providing outpatient prenatal care
- Comfortable managing low-risk obstetrics in office setting
- Proficiency in common in-office gynecologic procedures
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-centered care approach
- Experience collaborating within interprofessional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in midwifery-led or team-based care models
- Familiarity with quality improvement and ambulatory performance metrics
- Leadership experience in clinical operations
