Opportunity to join a private practice of 7 BC OBGyn\'s near Charlotte, NC. Currently six of these physicians are providing comprehensive OB/Gyn services and the seventh with a busy GYN surgery practice. Our professional team also includes three certified nurse midwives and four nurse practitioners. We offer a comprehensive array of in-office procedures and ancillary services including: nuchal translucency ultrasounds, hysteroscopy, endometrial ablations, the Essure procedure, bone densitometry, screening mammography, and urodynamics. Easily the largest OBGyn group in the area all deliveries and surgery (some with the DaVinci robot) is done at the Medical Center where a new tower, currently under construction and scheduled to open in about 2013 will include the Women?s Pavilion and Nursery. The presence of 2 Neonatologists allows us to take care of babies down to 26 weeks and the availability of MFM consultants allows us to keep many high risk antenatal patients here in town rather than requiring that they leave their families and support group. We are looking for a young physician with good laparoscopic skills, but who also wishes to take care of the whole patient, offer preventive care, and wishes to practice both obstetrics and gynecology.
