Healthcare United is seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified OB/GYN physician to join an established women’s health practice in Southern Connecticut.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician looking to join a collaborative employed setting with strong clinical support, steady patient demand, and access to a desirable Connecticut market.
The incoming physician will provide comprehensive women’s health care, including outpatient OB/GYN services, prenatal care, deliveries, gynecologic procedures, surgical care, and ongoing patient management.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage women’s health patients in an outpatient setting
• Provide prenatal care, deliveries, and postpartum care
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and clinical staff
• Participate in call coverage as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
• Support continued growth of the women’s health service line
Qualifications
• Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
• Strong clinical and surgical OB/GYN skills
• Surgical gynecology experience preferred
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-based practice
